B Youth Act Center is a non- profit organization (NGO), based in Tirana – Albania, founded and legally registered on July 2013, in which aims to empower youth from the age of 14-30 to take an active role in their lives, family and society. The Center’s vision is empowering the youth as the “engine” of the country development and the mission is to support the five I’s: Youth Initiative, Youth Integration, Youth Involvement, Youth Inspiration and Youth Interconnection.

Starting from 2015 YouthAct Center will manage and implement the European program: “European Youth Card”.

The National Youth Card is a youth policy tool promoted by the Italian Minister for Youth Policies, through the Department for Youth Policies and the Universal Civic Service (the Department). The Card aims at strengthening the civic, cultural, social and economic growth of younger generations.

Eurodesk Italy is a nonprofit body governed by public law (EU Directive 24/2014) established in 1997. It operates with the support of the European Commission, the Italian National Agency for Youth and several local public and private organizations.

Eurodesk Italy's mission is to shorten distances between young people and institutions, centres and peripheries, and raise awareness among young people on learning mobility opportunities, encouraging them to become active citizens. Services provided by the Eurodesk Local Multipliers target mainly young people:

i.e., schools and universities students, young researchers, youth associations and groups, and NEETs. Particular attention is placed on providing access to those who do not belong to youth associations and organisations and hence have more problems finding useful information and grasping opportunities.

Eurodesk Italy is a full member of the Eurodesk European Network. Eurodesk is the official information and counselling organization for the Erasmus+ program (2021-2027).

Managed by the Catalan Youth Agency, the purpose of the Carnet Jove youth card is to contribute towards the promotion and facilitation of the two main points of the National Plan of Catalan Youth, the main line of the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia as far as youth policies are concerned: emancipation and participation. IVAJ is an autonomous organization of the Valencian autonomous government, with legal public personality. It's the institution which coordinates the politics of youth in the area of Comunitat Valenciana.

The main functions of IVAJ are the young people rights, supporting their process of empowerment, cultural promotion, encouraging participation and youth associations and the development of leisure activities, tourism and youth exchanges.

In Comunitat Valenciana the program uses the simplified name of Carnet Jove.

The Instituto de la Juventud de Extremadura, dependent on the Junta de Extremadura, is the organism responsible for making a link between the different programs of the administration aimed at the youth people of the region.
