

Regione Lazio
The Lazio Region – Regional Directorate for Culture, Youth and Family Policies, Equal Opportunities, and Civil Service, is responsible for implementing regional legislation on youth policies, promoting the socio-economic, cultural, artistic and creative development of new generations. This is achieved also through the signing of Agreements and/or Conventions with the Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, in line with the strategic orientations of the European Union and the Italian State.
The Directorate collaborates with other regional bodies to implement regulations concerning:
support measures for young people;
promotion of institutional tools for the participation of younger generations in local political and administrative life.
It handles administrative and accounting procedures, as well as preparatory activities related to Regional Law No. 20/2007 (Promotion of institutional participation tools for young generations in local political and administrative life), as amended, especially regarding the establishment and management of Youth and Children’s Municipal Councils.
It promotes activities, programs, and initiatives in the fields of sport and physical activity, supporting the dissemination of various sports disciplines and the appropriate development of sports facilities. It coordinates and facilitates the civil service sector, and promotes projects funded by EU resources, including Structural Funds, within its areas of responsibility. It also conducts communication activities and manages the development and operation of regional web portals related to its areas of competence.
LAZIOcrea supports the Lazio Region in activities related to administrative functions and support for the operation of the Lazio Regional Council, with particular reference to administrative, technical, and technical-administrative tasks. It also organizes and manages services of local interest, including initiatives for the enhancement and instrumental management of regional real estate assets, through the provision and management of databases, application systems, and IT platforms.
In particular, LAZIOcrea provides technical support to the Region in defining digital growth strategies, taking care of the design, implementation, and management of Digital Agenda initiatives, following a unified and integrated approach with the Regional Information System. It also implements e-government and open government programs and develops high-tech services for users, citizens, and businesses.
Bella x Noi" Youth Card is a special initiative dedicated to young people in the Lazio Region, offering discounts, benefits, and exclusive opportunities for culture, travel, and entertainment. Managed by LazioCrea S.p.A., the regional in-house company, the program aims to promote youth participation and access to services. LazioCrea supports innovation, digital transformation, and social inclusion projects across the region. Through "Bella x Noi," Lazio invests in the empowerment and wellbeing of its young citizens. It’s more than a card—it’s a gateway to experiences, growth, and community.
