Maximsing Impact Programme

About the programme

The Maximsing Impact Programme of EYCA is an internal, capacity-building programme that allows youth card organisations to improve and innovate in their services to young people. The programme is available for over 10 years and has evolved to answer member organisation’s needs. It offers non-refundable grants to members in areas of exchange mobility, cooperation for joint initiatives, digitalisation, external consultancy or training their staff in a specific area.  The MI Programme also features a yearly seminar on a topic of great interest for most of EYCA members. In 2026, the theme of the seminar is “Establishing Youth Panels and other mechanisms of youth participation”, aiming to strengthen youth in decision making of EYCA. Other themes of MI seminars included branding strategies, youth ecosystem building, youth work services or digitalisation.  The MI Prorgamme benefits annually to over 75% of EYCA members and it represents a source of improvement of youth card services, strength and innovation for the network. It is an agile programme, aligned to EYCA Strategic objectives and supporting the  continuous growth of our Association
